Added low res modes for Amon. These modes aren't tested by SDL (they'd just fail anyway) so a warning is displayed if you try to use one (fullscreen only, they will work if windowed). If the modeswitch fails it just falls back to what it was.

Fixed texture rebuilds on mode switches (again! let's hope this is the one). Massive speedup for mode switches. Removed hard-limit of 2048 textures (minor memory saving from this too). Removed FQ bug where hunk memory could overflow on a mode switch if a really large BSP was loaded and/or the hunk was near full.

Fixed negke bad texturing on mode reset. Fixed previous vertex buffers "fucko-bazoo" problem and restored vertex buffer code. Fixed mdl bad skin also (amazing how many fixes fell out of this one!) Some menu reorganisation (added "Save configuration" to options menu too). Sorted video mode list in video menu properly (this needs more work). Approx 20% perf gain.

I'm not 100% confident about DP_QC_STRFTIME right now as DP's version depended on a DP-only QC string interface that I'm not happy with the idea of porting. It should work, but then again it might not. One to test. :)

New code, Win32 and Linux32 builds. Adds QS sound block fix, 65536 entity support, unlimited beams, tempents and statics, 128 dlights, fixed Linux segfault, fixed lightmap texturing glitch, (potentially) fixed sbar weirdness for GB. Phew!
